STEERING COMMITTEE
The SWIMS Steering Committee functions to direct the vision and policies of the Institute and Theological Seminary. The Steering Committee, led by the President of SWIMS, is composed of SWIMS faculty and administration and leadership of Congregation Beth Simcha in San Antonio, Texas.

ADVISORY BOARD
The SWIMS Advisory Board, composed of Pastors and Ministry Leaders, serves to provide counsel and advice to the SWIMS President and Steering Committee. Based on Proverbs 15:22 – plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisors they succeed – the SWIMS Advisory Board plays an integral role in the planning and prayerful strategy of the Institute and Theological Seminary.
